Fás silver ring. An extended wishbone ring. Inspired by the winter solstice at Newgrange, this Ring represents the beam of sunlight that travels into the passage tomb, illuminating its inner chamber.

Its form captures the movement of light, symbolising renewal, regrowth and the importance of letting your own light shine. It reinterprets the ancient monument’s connection to the sun through contemporary jewellery design.

Carved in wax and cast in sterling silver in Lúcás Talbóid's Dublin studio.
