Great experience with The Collective shop in Dublin. I made an error on ring size and the ladies in the shop and via email couldn't have done more for me to sort my mistake. I worked with Audrey at the collective Dublin to have a loose gemstone i had bought set into a ring as a gift for my mother.
Audrey was quick to respond and was happy to open up a discussion on what was possible to suit my budget needs.
The work done by the team at the collective was beautiful, the ring looked exactly like the idea I had proposed in my initial introduction.

I have been a fan of The Collective for some years and have purchased a few lovely pieces over the last few years. I enjoy a visit to the shop when I’m in Dublin as the designs (mostly Irish) are fabulous and there is a great choice. I did my first online purchase recently and was delighted with the service. The earrings arrived very promptly beautifully wrapped but I was unhappy with them as they were bigger than I thought. I sent them back for an exchange and a lady called Jackie contacted me to make sure I was getting right exchange ie size etc. and was very helpful. My new earrings arrived next day and I am delighted with them
