At The Collective we offer a wide range of repairs, from chain repairs, fixing broken jewellery, ring resizing to making a matching earring to replace a  lost one!

If you have bought something from our store or online, and it is faulty through no fault of your own, and within 6 months of purchase and you have proof of purchase  then please send photos to the email above or visit our store and we will look into repairing it for you.
